CHIAYO elected as Excellent Corporation of Chia Yi County
Chiayo has been set up for over 30 years and is devoted to technical innovation, better operation quality and industrial development. Our excellent performance has been followed by continuous awards. In this ceremony, our director of board, Kung Chang Guei Fang, represented Chiayo to receive this award as well.During 2008, besides ¡§Excellent Corporation of Chiayi County¡¨ Chiayo has also made several measures to strengthen its essence.
  1. Products ¡§Focus 500¡¨ and ¡§Smart 300¡¨ were selected as ¡§Good Design Product¡¨ of 2008 by Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs.
  2. Several new products and technical breakthroughs have been developed this year. National and international patents have been obtained as well.
  3. Some training classes held by local government were attended by Chiayo¡¦s stuff to enhance productivity, communication and management skills.
  4. To comply with green product policy and in search for better competency, all Chiayo products are all lead-free and over 70 products have been RoHS compliant.
  5. Emphasis is laid on employee welfare for better management-labor relationship and career performance.
Excellent employees are dispatched to attend international trade fairs as encouragement and also for wider view over competitors¡¦ products.
