| In 2008, CHIAYO began cooperating with the Chiayi Industrial Committee and another 4 companies on the joint training course ¡§Creative learning and management for cadre members¡¨ to promote management and executive skills. It¡¦s a success. To continue the growth and practicing, CHIAYO goes on working with the Chiayi Industrial Committee on the joint training course ¡§Management Upgrade¡¨ and increases the participating companies to up to 22. The 271-hour course of 2009 starts from March to November and consists of 60 classes (2 times as 2008) in hope that the lecturers can lead the members to advance expertise and career competence by mutual learning and practicing and finally devote themselves to companies¡¦ sustainable development. |
