| Tin soldering has been widely applied in electronic industries. However, its possible component, lead, has side effects to human health and has prompted increasing attention. In response to international issues of environment greening and zero pollution, CHIAYO decides to apply ˇ§lead-freeˇ¨ procedures and is granted by Taiwan Industrial Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs. By the implement of the technologies on lead-free production and assembly from other advanced countries, as well as the RD teamˇ¦s devotion of the Taiwan Electronic Testing Center on ˇ§SMT lead-free technology assistanceˇ¨, all the members get to obtain a comprehensive conception of lead-free procedures and make them into reality as early as possible. |
