• Do not stand in front of the speaker when holding the microphone. Keep it away from the speaker over 3 meters.
• Do not point the wireless microphone towards the speaker.
• Use the microphone behind the speaker as possible.
• Locate the wireless amplifier between the speaker and the audience with the speaker facing the crowd.
• Place the wireless amplifier on a tripod stand and above the head of audience (about 180cm).
• Turn down the volume and sensitivity if necessary.

For CHIAYO PA system with a master volume control, turn the master volume to middle and then gradually adjust the volume of audio inputs (microphone, CD, MP3, etc.) from minimum to an appropriate level and adjust the master volume according to the occasion. CHIAYO PA systems supports Volume distortion reminder which can prevent distortion even at maximum volume.

Except some portable amplifiers (such as iTour), CHIAYO's wireless amplifiers are not waterproof. However, it is recommended to choose protective accessories including covers that CHIAYO has had for verious models so thatamplifiers can work in harsh climates with normal functionality.

Each CHIAYO wireless amplifier can work with a belt-pack transmitter that connects to a headset / lavalier / earrworn microphone so that you move freely with free hands. Recommended unidirectional MC-77 headsert microphone or MC-61B earworn microphone is light, comfortable to wear, easy to use and great sound quality.

A wired series connection with Active companion powered speaker (Slave) or wireless series connection with repeater will be recommended. It can work with 1 to 4 microphones (transmitters). But it is necessary to make  sure that the same frequencies have been set on both transmitters and receiver modules.

Yes. CHIAYO's wireless amplifiers have auxiliary audio input(s) LINE IN (or AUX IN) for connection with external devices such as MP3, CD, DVD, notebook ,mobile phones or tablets. They all use standard audio cables that are available at general electronic stores of shops.
In addition, medium and larger-sized wireless amplifiers (APEX, STAGE and FOCUS series) can also be installed with CD / USB or MP3 recorder modules and equipped with remote control for more versatile funtionality. 
Besdies, it can play music stored in smart phones/tablets/notebooks throughBluetooth transmission.

Higher position of a wireless PA will be helpful for signal reception. It can be mounted on the tripod or microphone stand and above the ear or head of the audience. If the stand is not allowed on site, you can also raise it on a table or a flat object while the amplifier leaves the ground by 1 meter or more.

You can install a repeater transmitter module on the wireless amplifier and a receiver module on the active companion powered speaker at the same time, and then set the same frequency on both types of modules. The wireless repeater's signal transmission mode is one-to-many, meaning one wireless amplifier can work with multiple active companion powered speakers.

An alternative way to repeater module to extend the distance is series connection, samely including repeater transmitter module on the wireless amplifier. However, the active companion powered speaker is simultaneously installed with a receiver module and a transmitter module, enabling the active companion powered speaker to not only receive signals but also transmit them to another active companion powered speaker so that form a series connection and cover much wider areas.

To reach wider coverage, the active companion powered speaker can serve as SUB-MASTER to transmit signals to third-round active companion powered speakers. Do not set the third-round active companion powered speaker as third MASTER unit in order to guarantee best sound quality and distance.
